CLEAR 60-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Applies only to the Eyelash Growth Serum: We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return for the Eyelash Growth Serum only. You will receive a full refund if you are not satisfied with your lash growth after applying it daily.  Note: only applies to NZ and Australia orders.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@honesthairandco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided to you through email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
The Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) does not protect consumers who change their mind about a purchase and want to return it for a refund simply because they are not satisfied with the colour, found a better deal, or the product doesn't suit their personal preferences etc. Retailers are not legally obligated to accept returns for change of mind scenarios. 

FAULTY GOODS

Because cosmetics are a special case (hygiene, risk of contamination, etc.), we will restrict returns for change of mind, once the product seal is broken or the product has been used. Legally, though, if the product is faulty or unsafe, those guarantees still apply, even if the seal is broken (the guarantee of acceptable quality, etc., still stands), provided you bought it in trade. In this case, we can replace your item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. There is a 5 day window from when you receive the item to send us an email. 


EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
