• How long does it take to see results?
  Our Eyelash Growth Serum begins working from the very first week of consistent use, with visible results typically appearing within 3-6 weeks. As everyone’s lash cycle is unique, some may see results after 2 weeks, but most will notice a difference within 6 weeks, while for others it may take up to 12 weeks. For best tracking, we recommend taking a “before” photo of your lashes prior to your first application, so you can fully appreciate their natural growth and transformation. If you do not see results after 8 weeks we offer a money back guarantee within 60 days of purchase.
• What is the shelf life of the products?
  Check the box packaging for the expiry dates. Lash Growth Serum: 12 Months once opened. Mascara: Once opened, mascara is best used within 3–6 months to ensure optimal performance, freshness, and lash health. Lash Lift Kit: 8 Months once opened.
• Do you offer free shipping?
  Shipping is free within NZ with any of the following purchases; Eyelash Growth Serum, Mascara, Lash Lift Kit. Different Shipping Rates apply for international orders.
• Can I use if I am breastfeeding or pregnant?
  While our ingredients for the Mascara and Lash Serum are mostly natural extracts, it has not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women; we are not able to answer this question specifically. Our products are hormone-free, and we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional.
• Can I use the Serum if I have Lash Extensions?
  Yes, you can use the product with eyelash extensions. Please wait at least four hours after the extensions have been applied to ensure the adhesive has fully set. Always follow the application instructions carefully, applying the serum to the lash line rather than directly onto the lashes themselves.
• Do you apply lash serum to the lower lashes
  Simply apply the serum to your upper lash line as directed; the formula will naturally nourish and reach your lower lashes.
• How long does 1 Lash Growth Serum bottle last?
  A bottle of lash serum will typically last approximately five months with daily use. Apply a single, thin stroke along each upper eyelid once per day. Once your desired lash length is achieved, you may reduce application to 4 times per week to maintain results.
• What are the main ingredients in Lash Growth Serum?

• What if my eyes become irritated or allergic reaction?
  If you feel irritation, we recommend you discontinue use, and contact your professional healthcare and let us know support@honesthairandco.com. If you have known allergies to cosmetics or in general, please read our ingredients labelled on the box before using any of our products.
• What is the money-back guarantee?
  Yes, we do offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you do not see results after 60 days of consistent use of the Lash growth serum, we will provide a full refund. We recommend allowing the product sufficient time to take effect and suggest taking before-and-after photos to track your progress.
• Will the Lash Growth Serum Change my eye colour?
  No, it will not cause any change in eye colour. Our serum does not contain hormones. There is no prostaglandins, no Isopropyl Cloprostenate, Bitamoprost. Isopropanol Phenyl-hydroxy-pentene, and no parabens.
• Are the products tested on Animals?
  No, all our products are Cruelty-Free.

• Can anyone use the Lash Lift Kit?
  The Lash lift kit is a complete at-home treatment that gives you salon results. The kit lifts, curls, and defines your natural lashes for 6–8 weeks. It combines gentle, nourishing ingredients with a professional-grade, 5-step system: 1.Perming: Softens and reshapes your lashes into a lifted, curled position. 2.Setting: Locks the curl in place for long-lasting definition. 3.Nourishing: Aloe, keratin, and peptides strengthen and protect lashes during and after the lift. 4.Cleansing & Finishing – Ensures lashes are soft, smooth, and perfectly defined. • Does any of the products contain Prostaglandin, Paraben, Hormones?
  Unlike other lash serum brands, Our Brand and its products DO NOT contain Prostaglandin, Paraben or any Hormones. Our formula is made with natural extracts that are gentle, but with powerful results.
• Can I wear Make-up with the Serum or Lash Lift?
  Yes, Lash growth serum can be used in conjunction with makeup. Apply the serum ideally as part of your bedtime routine, or if you do at the start of your skincare routine, allow it to fully absorb before applying makeup products. Lash Lift Kit: After using the Lash Lift Kit, Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours, and no eye makeup for 48 hours. Avoid steam or oil for 48 hours. You can clean your face with makeup remover.
• Precautions
  Always perform a patch test before use and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reactions. Apply once daily, using more than recommended will not increase effectiveness and may cause irritation. For accidental contact with eyes, rinse immediately and seek medical advice. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs and consult a healthcare professional. If pregnant, nursing, undergoing chemotherapy, or if you have existing eye conditions, seek medical advice before use. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight."
• What will happen if I stop using the lash serum?
  Continued use is essential to maintain results. If use is discontinued, lashes will gradually return to their natural state as part of the normal growth cycle. We recommend continuous use to maintain the length and strength of your natural lashes, and incorporating it into your routine.
• How do I track my order?
  Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. The team will pack and ship out your order within 1-2 business days . Once the item is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a URL that you can follow.
• Are the products Unisex?
  Yes, all of our products are unisex. All of the products are hormone-free.
